We've tried
to keep the booking system as simple as possible, so this is worth reading.
There are three main stages to your booking:
1. Enquiry

• You 'phone us, send us an email or use the enquiry form
• We respond indicating availability and explaining that you'll need to tell us if you want to start a ten day reservation process. Note: that email will contain details of your proposed booking. Always include that info in any future emails to us.
• You contact us asking us to commence the reservation process while you consult your group members and treasurer.
2. Deposit and Confirmation
- You send a Booking form (which has the address to which you send the form on) and cheque for 50% of the booking to consolidate the reservation.
- We send a receipt with confirmation of your booking, the balance owing and the date by which it must be paid and the allocation of a booking reference number which you will need to quote in any further communication

3. Balance and keycard
- You send the balance, three weeks prior to your visit, along with your booking reference (if you don't send the reference, it could significantly delay the key card
- We send you a keycard by email
- You take the keycard to the keyholders on your arrival and collect the keys in exchange for the keycard.
- We return the keycard to you at the end of your stay, when you return the keys to the keyholders
