Cleaning Both buildings have their own equipment: kitchens, fridges, washing facilities and vacuum cleaners. Users are trusted to leave the property clean and graffiti free when they leave.

Catering equipment Crockery, cutlery and catering equipment is provided. Please check inventories before you leave and advise & pay Warden for breakages.

 

Sleeping: 10 in bunks in two rooms (8 upstairs), complete with shower (one in each room), washing facilities and toilets. A lounge, full gas central heating, disabled toilet, shower and washing facilities and a full complement of tables and chairs exist downstairs, which is where two drop-down beds are also situated.

 

Catering: fitted kitchen with professional electric cooker through meter (please use extractor fan over cooker to keep condensation down), water heater, kettle, toaster, extractor fan and fridge

Heating & meters: The Annex electric is obtained through a £1 coin meter. Heating is Gas central heating, the cost of which is included in the hire fee. Users are asked to ensure the heating is turned off when leaving by following the instructions given in the manual.
